Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications and size.
The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style, including our outdoor venue.

Audio Visual Production
Our onsite audiovisual experts, PSAV® Presentation Services, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake with a personal consultation during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors.
A food and beverage minimum is applied to events at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. A nonrefundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice based on product and seasonal availability. All food and beverage is subject to 23% service charge and 9.99% sales tax.
