A fun filled evening at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, perfect for wine connoisseurs and novices alike, this is a rare opportunity to interact and uncover the art of blending from industry experts during this enriching experience. Guests will learn how wine blends are created, all while having the freedom to craft their own personal blend with the assistance of our insiders. Hosted by Restaurant Manager Michael Lusher and Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, delight your senses with an array of world-class wines from Brassfield Estate and receive insight from Associate Winemaker, Jason Moulton. The Park Hyatt’s own Restaurant Chef Joel Chase-Devitt will present you with his innovative culinary offerings, while Master Sommelier Damon Ornowski blends the two worlds together in perfect harmony.
