Horseback Riding -
Beaver Creek Stables
Ride off into the crisp morning or enjoy a beautiful lunch ride up to Beaver Lake. Experience a professional guided Trail Ride on Beaver Creek Mountain. The Beaver Creek Stables are conveniently located on Beaver Creek Mountain and offer horse treks ranging from one-hour rides to all day excursions.  Other adventures include wagon rides and sunset dinner rides. 


Take an escape to our back-country paradise.  Soak up spectacular panoramic views while zipping 30 miles per hour through our pristine mountains, beautiful trees and raging rivers. Zip Lining is a unique experience, soaring like an eagle 100 to 200 feet above the canyon floors through the Rocky Mountains, seeing things from the bird’s eye view. This adventure is fun for the whole family.


Mountain Biking

Enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery around while biking on Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek Mountain or by going on some great trails nearby. Whether you go on a short trip nearby or take up a full day of biking with lunch packed, you will have a great time and get to see our surroundings in a unique way.

Rock Climbing and Mountaineering

Surrounded by rugged peaks and rock outcroppings, Vail Valley offers outstanding rock climbing and mountaineering experiences. You’ll find multiple top-rope and multi-pitch routes throughout the beautiful valley. Check out the 25-foot Climbing Wall at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain with several routes to the top. Open daily from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September.


Rocky Mountain Hiking Adventures

Discover the beauty, majesty and tranquility of the Rocky Mountains on a hiking adventure. Whether you want to challenge one of Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks or enjoy a leisurely nature hike along a clear mountain stream, Beaver Creek Mountain offers hiking experiences for every skill level.  Strike out on your own, or stop by the Beaver Creek Hiking Center for a guided tour. You’ll find mountain and forest trails for hikers of every level.

ATV, Jeep and Hummer Tours
Enjoy the beauty and splendor of the White River National Forest on wheels. The trail will take you to elevations as high as 12,500 feet. Along the way you will experience the historic Camp Hale area, four different mountain ranges, and the Continental Divide. Ride through beautiful alpine meadows filled with wildflowers, rushing brooks, and a chance to spot wildlife.


Imagine lobbing with perfect shot with the striking mountains as your backdrop. The Beaver Creek Tennis Center, ideally situated adjacent to the Highlands Lodge, offers tennis facilities as impressive as its surroundings, including:

Chairlift Rides
